The Company is one of the largest chain of independent menswear retailers in Denmark with a nationwide network of over 110 stores and a market share of more than 14% of the Danish menswear market.
Since its inception around 1970, the Company has been continuously expanding and today represents a highly profitable voluntary chain with a strong brand and significant potential for future growth supported by positive underlying market dynamics.
The Companys board of directors believe that transforming the Company into a capital chain will release significant growth.
In connection with the potential transformation of the Company into a capital chain, management have initiated a comprehensive strategy, which will enable the Company to operate as an even more efficient and focused entity. The Company has planned to:
o Strengthen its market position
o Improve its work processes (more focused sourcing, optimise product assortment and restructure the organisation)
o Launch a web shop and extend its store network by opening new stores and acquiring competitors at selected locations.
The Company positions itself as a modern menswear retailer targeting men above 25, offering a broad and attractive product range consisting of own brands, product specialists as well as leading concept brands.
The Company focuses on expert and personal advise by a highly dedicated and knowledgeable staff, which ensures the Company a loyal and numerous customer base.
The Companys stores are strategically well-situated in predefined trading areas in order to ensure a sufficient customer base for each individual store.
With a new log and new commercials broadcasted on national TV by the end of the year, the Company has entered a modernising process in order to attract new customers and gain further market shares. These initiatives also underline the Companys will to reinforce their image as a strong national chain.
Historically the Company has shown significant growth both in revenue and profitability and management expect this development to continue.
