Company history/background
Since 2015, our client has been recording telephone calls for the purpose of verifying appointments or, for example, service and maintenance. As a result of market demand whether these calls can also be converted to text, it turned out that there was only one American company, which only converts English spoken telephone messages into the English language. The technique of transcription is not new, in the USA it has been used for over 20 years.
Client realised a Dutch version with even more functionalities. This software has all options in one package so everything can be monitored and analysed from one environment which gives the system a clear head start in the Netherlands to achieve the desired goals.
The client wants to set up a new company for this developed system together with a participant.
Company activities
The market potential is enormous, as the software can be used in a very wide range of applications. From small agencies with many reports of telephone consultations (legal services) to CallCenters and Customer Helpdesks to all parties who need to record telephone conversations. The financial model of the new company is based on subscriptions with monthly charges for converted calls to be invoiced in arrears. In addition, customers can be helped with the extraction of statistics from the resulting data and the linking of the data to BI systems, other databases and also recording systems.
Participation
We are looking for an investor who wants to contribute with capital, knowledge and skills to the acceleration of the growth. An investor with added value and knowledge of telephony and/or ICT is preferred. The investment will largely be used for marketing and sales. But also for outsourcing activities or hiring new employees.
