Are you our new entrepreneurial advisor?

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Associate Partners to strengthen our team. Independent senior advisors in the field of M&A advisory and/or corporate finance, with a strong drive for innovative and ambitious SMEs. Within our corporate finance boutique, you will work on strategic acquisition and divestment transactions, Management Buy-In (MBI) and Management Buy-Out (MBO) processes, including securing appropriate financing. Together with entrepreneurs and investors, you strive for a successful transaction and tailored business and human solutions.

Company activities

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and professional Associate Partner

• Extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, or similar financial advisory services.
• Proven track record in advising clients.
• Your own network and commercial skills enable you to acquire assignments both individually and jointly.
• Capable of independently managing projects and directing supporting (junior/medior) consultants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-reliant and independent, but capable and willing to be part of a team.

You operate as an independent entrepreneur under our banner, giving you access to our network, systems, and services, as well as the support of our existing team of approximately 16 consultants working from our three offices in the Netherlands.
