How can I post a profile on the website?
Just go to “Add profile”, choose your options and follow the steps. It just takes a few minutes before your profile will be ready.
How can I change my profile?
Simply login to your account, click your profile and edit the profile. Click “Save” and we will be notified of your changes. We will review these changes and, if they are correct, we will make your profile live once again. Please note when implementing changes, we only issue approvals during working hours; your profile will not be visible after changes are made until approval has been granted.
How do I delete my profile?
Login to your account. Next, click Delete, enter the reason why you want to delete your profile and click Save. Your profile will never be lost in the database, so if you ever decide to undelete your profile, just call of e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org
I have responded to a profile but I have not received a reaction. What can I do?
If you respond to a profile, we will send your reaction to the profile’s owner within 24 hours. If the profile’s owner does not respond within 7 working days, you can call or e-mail us. We can provide you the owner’s contact details or we will contact the owner of the profile. Please be sure to send us the profile-number.
How do I get in contact with an interesting profile?
If you would like to find out more about a profile, simply click “Get in contact”. If you already have a login on our website and you are logged in, your data will already be filled in. If you are a new user, simple add your data. You will receive a login in your e-mail. Enter your contact data and your personal response. We will send your data to the owner of the profile within 24 hours. Anonymous responses will not be forwarded.
Is there any other way that I can get in contact with the profile?
You can only respond using the response field. We will never give you personal information other than that which you can see on the website. If the profile was added by a registered Bedrijventekoop.nl adviser, you will receive the adviser’s name after we have approved your response. You can then contact the adviser directly.
Do I have to pay for a response?
No, you do not have to pay to receive additional information. The people who want to sell or buy a business and add a profile on our website pay a certain amount. Responses can be sent at no charge.
