iQ Makelaars is als verkoopformule ontstaan vanuit de meest succesvolle franchiseformule in verhuur-makelaardij: 123Wonen.

Zaken die bij de verhuur van woningen normaal zijn zoals snelheid in handelen, werken op zaterdag, extra marketing voor woningen en matchen van woningen aan zoekers worden nu door iQ Makelaars ingezet om woningen te verkopen.

De ondersteuning en begeleiding vanuit het hoofdkantoor zorgt ervoor dat je vanaf de eerste dag kunt concurreren met de gevestigde namen in jouw eigen exclusieve rayon.

Heb je nog geen makelaarspapieren, dan kun je bij ons starten als zelfstandig partner. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor verzorgen wij dan de plaatsing op Funda, Jaap, Huislijn etc. stellen we de koopovereenkomst op en zorgen we er samen voor dat het hele verkooptraject perfect verloopt. 

Naast een prominente Funda plaatsing met alle foto’s zorgen wij voor extra marketing via Google. Als een kandidaat-koper op de sterke punten van de woning zoekt, zorgen wij dat de woning op het scherm komt.
