Market: European Lead Generation Market, estimated at 2 billion euro.

The Company is now seeking one or more investors to provide a total funding of 750.000 euro, needed to commence sales operations by January 1st 2019 in 5 European countries. Minimum ticket size negotiable but with a minimum of € 250.000 per investor.

This investment proposition is specifically interesting for financial investors, preferably with an affinity with the e-data and e-commerce sector.

Target customers groups are major multinational companies, that already make use of lead generation to target and acquire new customers for their products and services. The company unique proprietary owned software application and data enrichment services will enable the Company to deliver sales leads to its customers that result in much higher response rates at significantly lower cost to the Company’s customer then the competition is able to offer. 


Company activities

Forecasted turnover in first year (2019) of operation: total of 13 million net sales in 5 countries, generating a total Ebitda of 1.5 million euro, realized by a team of very experienced and very hands-on country managers, their sales staff and lead generation specialists. The Company has already signed up over 2 million euro in contracted sales. Ebitda during first 3 years is anticipated to grow by more than 30% per annum due to the highly scalability characteristic of the business model. Unique selling points

The impressive growth figures in the use of internet, laptops and mobile devices are not only the most important cause, but also strong facilitator of the rise in mobile marketing and sales communications efforts by individual product and services suppliers with their consumer groups.

In today’s sales and marketing the purpose of lead generation is the initiation of consumer interest and enquiry into products and/or services offered by individual businesses to support its sales realization. Lead generation is used by a majority of companies to target and acquire new customers. 

The company supports its lead generation activities by a combination of already existing innovative technologies with eData's own in-house built software to facilitate the generation of high quality and extremely responsive leads. The software is a plug-in software tool in the lead generation process, which will contribute to a strong increase in the number of call center responses by 300% or even more for our customers, at the same time reducing their cost per acquisition (‘CPA’) by more than 70%, hence resulting in strong increases of their sales figures. 


Other

Use of funds:investors' funds shall be primarily used to finance startup expenses, e.g. personnel (20 FTEs in 2019) office expenses (5 sales offices, one in each country) as well as working capital. Total funds needed shall be structured in mutual consultation with investors, preferably by a combination of a share capital deposit and a provision of a 12% subordinated loan (expiration after max. 3 years). Expected return on total investment (‘I.R.R.’): between 65% and 100% depending on year of exit and realized Ebitda.

Offered interest to the investor(s): minority share in ordinary voting and in prefered shares of the Company.
