Company history/background
We are a real estate development company with seniors and senior care as its target group (small-scale care complexes and life-size housing). At the moment we have 4 projects in development of small-scale care facilities where we work together with a capital partner under conditions that are very interesting for him. We want to strengthen our network of investors because our current capital partner offers too limited opportunities. The project sites are sought by us, financing of purchase can take place partly (75%) through the bank, supplementary and preliminary cost financing takes place through the capital partner. We may or may not manage the project together with our equity partner. Building depot financing is relatively easy to arrange on a bank basis. Project profit (after corporation tax) is at least 10% ROI. After completion, projects are sold to investors or can be kept in portfolio. Ask for more info.
Cooperation takes place via 51%/49% in new project company. Financing partner receives 51% of project profit and 6% on its financing contribution. Financing partner can be actively or passively involved.
