Company history/background
The bicycle shop was founded in 2010 and is now being offered for takeover — including complete inventory and fittings. The reason for the sale is of a personal (health) nature.
From the end of November, I will be the only bicycle mechanic in the village because the other mechanic is retiring. As a result, extra customers are already coming in for both repairs and sales.
In 2021, the shop moved to its current, larger location of approximately 150 m² with two fully equipped workshops. The shop is situated in a leased property shared with a scooter shop. There are no outstanding loans or other contracts.
The acquisition is ready for adoption and by mid-September 2026.
Company activities
The core activities consist of:
- Bicycle repairs (mainly)
- Sale of new bicycles and e-bikes
- Sale of parts and accessories
There are currently no employees, but that has been the case in the past.
Unique selling points
The shop offers clear growth opportunities. The closure of the other bicycle repairer creates a unique position in the village. Additionally, there is significant potential for online visibility, for example via Instagram and Facebook.

After the sale, I am willing to temporarily assist and provide explanations, in consultation, to ensure a smooth transfer.
