Company history/background
It has existed since the 1970s and was initially focused on the sale of automotive parts. In the 1990s, partly initiated by an acquisition, it specialized into the importer of various wheel drive, steering, and chassis components for passenger cars and vans. These products are supplied by various international brands. The company is the exclusive importer of wheel drive products in the Benelux.
Company activities
The client base consists entirely of business customers. The company supplies the automotive wholesale sector throughout the Benelux. Products are shipped daily via DHL 24-hour services or NOX night delivery. However, parts can also be picked up directly from the warehouse in the Rijnmond region.
Unique selling points
The organization has a Director-Major Shareholder who owns 100% of the shares. In addition to the Director-Major Shareholder, who is currently involved with the company full-time, there are two other skilled and experienced employees on staff.

The current owner wishes to sell 100% of the company because he is approaching retirement age, making now the time to look for an acquisition partner.
