The manufacturer/wholesaler to be acquired will become a 100% subsidiary of these entrepreneurs' holding company. The holding company already includes another subsidiary that targets the same specific target group with its products as the manufacturer/wholesaler of electric bicycles.

Following the acquisition, the entrepreneurs will focus on substantially expanding the dealer network, including outside traditional channels. Additionally, they will improve e-commerce for the brand, as well as the development of new models and expansion in Europe.

Additional capital sought
Entrepreneurs are seeking an investor willing to provide additional capital of 600,000 euros. Participation in equity capital, as well as other forms of financing, are open for discussion.
