Mijn client is op zoek naar schaalvergroting van installatie gerelateerde bedrijven. Deze mogen liggen in Utrecht, zuid-holland, noord-brabant. Maximaal 15 man personeel.
For our client, we are looking for a company active in the development, management, and potentially additional installation of charging stations at charging plazas. The company is already active in the green energy market and also holds charging station and charging plaza positions itself. We are seeking synergy with a strategic partner. This partner preferably has an active (proprietary) platform for managing charging station locations. Our client wishes to broaden and expand its sustainability proposition in the green energy market. Through collaboration with a strategic partner, the buyer aims to accelerate mutual growth. The party we are seeking is active with clients such as companies, hotels, restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers, locations near motorway exits, and government projects (public tenders). Additionally, the party has its own software platform for managing these. We would like to get in touch with such parties.

Since it is not always easy to search for acquisition parties based solely on criteria, I have chosen two sectors that have potential: Niche logistics – specialist transport, refrigerated transport, EV last-mile delivery, etc. Installation technology / Technical property management – including HVAC, maintenance contracts, fire safety, access systems. Desired features: Traditional companies, asset light, low AI disruption, high fragmentation, stable margins, operational complexity, preferably B2B. Target company: Not too small (too much risk) and not too large (financing and competition from PE). Revenue: €850K – €2.5M Purchase price indication: €350K – €1.5M Recurring revenue (or potential), growth potential through integration with other companies.
