Since it is not always easy to search for acquisition parties based solely on criteria, I have chosen two sectors that have potential:
- Niche logistics – specialist transport, refrigerated transport, EV last-mile delivery, etc.
- Installation technology / Technical property management – including HVAC, maintenance contracts, fire safety, access systems.
Desired features:
Traditional companies, asset light, low AI disruption, high fragmentation, stable margins, operational complexity, preferably B2B.
Target company:
- Not too small (too much risk) and not too large (financing and competition from PE).
- Revenue: €850K – €2.5M
- Purchase price indication: €350K – €1.5M
- Recurring revenue (or potential), growth potential through integration with other companies.
- Director-major shareholder open to pre-exit and succession

With 20+ years of experience in complex international B2B organizations such as Intel, Amazon, and Microsoft, and as the founder of a Data & AI consulting firm that I grew to 15 people, I bring knowledge of growth, transformation, and positioning.
I thrive in environments where vision and action are needed and where new business models must be developed. I am less strong in long-term structure and detailed planning; therefore, I am building a complementary team to provide support in these areas.
