For our client, we are looking for a company active in the development, management, and potentially additional installation of charging stations at charging plazas. The company is already active in the green energy market and also holds charging station and charging plaza positions itself. We are seeking synergy with a strategic partner. This partner preferably has an active (proprietary) platform for managing charging station locations. Our client wishes to broaden and expand its sustainability proposition in the green energy market.

Through collaboration with a strategic partner, the buyer aims to accelerate mutual growth. The party we are seeking is active with clients such as companies, hotels, restaurants, golf courses, shopping centers, locations near motorway exits, and government projects (public tenders). Additionally, the party has its own software platform for managing these.
