We are seeking an IT service provider in the Central Netherlands, specializing in managed hosting and cloud platform services for business-to-business (B2B) clients. The ideal company has more than 10 employees, a turnover between 1 and 5 million euros, and offers services on its own infrastructure as well as on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The company focuses on collaboration, knowledge retention, and growth within a family business culture, where employee participation is possible. The acquisition of specific activities and employees is negotiable.

Company activities

Our company is an IT service provider with the character of a family business, based in the Central Netherlands with an office in the Southern Netherlands. We were founded before the turn of the century and have since grown into a leading organization with approximately 50 employees, some of whom participate in the company. Our focus is on managed cloud services and the optimal management of IT infrastructures for business-to-business (B2B) clients. We offer our services on both our own native cloud infrastructure and on public platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. Growth, knowledge retention, and collaboration are central, and we aim to double our organizational size through strategic acquisitions, in which employees and their expertise continue to play an active role within the larger entity.
