Year-round occupancy. Also popular for corporate events and weddings. Completely renovated in the winter of 2012-2013, the hotel is fully operational with a generous return on investment. Room rates are €105. There are 11 rooms, two of which are part of an attached house. The private residence is also ideally suited for the caretaker/manager. All spacious rooms have a bathroom and walk-in shower, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. There's a pantry with a bar, a beautiful roof terrace, a swim-up spa, and a bar/lounge.

This hotel and conference facility is beautifully located by Sommen (Sweden). The original building was constructed in 1815 and demolished in 1930. In 1947, a carpentry workshop was built on the site, and operations continued there until 1990. Seven years later, it was converted into a hotel and restaurant. The current owner acquired the property, including the company, and has operated conference and restaurant services since 2004. The owner is now planning for retirement and has therefore decided to sell the shares in the Company.
