Company history/background
Located in the municipality of Land van Cuijk (North Brabant), there is a day care facility primarily aimed at elderly people with diverse care needs. The day care was founded in 2015 by the current owners, and the current premises were purchased in 2018. It is a detached building with two floors and multiple rooms. The building is a safe, well-maintained location, has a working elevator, and has recently been made more sustainable. Currently, there are between 12 and 16 visitors per day, and the day care is open six days a week.
Company activities
The rhythm of the day and the seasons form a common thread in the activities. Naturally, the needs of the visitors are carefully considered, and the daily program is tailored accordingly. This can be done individually or in a group setting.
The activities offered vary depending on the wishes of the visitors. Examples of activities include:
- Creative: cooking, flower arranging, painting and woodworking
- Exercise: gym, tandem bike, walking and yoga
- Memory: game, training, videos and music
Unique selling points
The company offers the opportunity to acquire a financially and organizationally sound organization. This involves the acquisition of a property, including the visitor base and workforce.
The current owners, who are also the founders, have successfully built up the organization and are seeking a new owner to continue the business.
Other
There is a vision in place that allows room for new developments, but whose foundation has been established over the past few years in collaboration with the team. The current owners would like this vision to be part of the transfer and are willing to invest time in the transition phase.
