Specialized in a niche segment with both standard collections and custom work, including designer fixtures and specials. Compact and efficiently organized with reliable suppliers and clear growth opportunities in existing and new markets. The team of 15–20 specialists possesses expertise in lighting technology, material processing, and design.
The Company supplies extensively to architects, designers, and resellers. Approximately 95% of the revenue comes from the business market. Short delivery times, consistent quality, and long-term customer relationships ensure stable revenue and high customer satisfaction.
Revenue in 2025 is expected to amount to approximately €1.3 - €1.4 million with an EBITDA of €275k - €300k.
Unique selling points
The Company has a spacious, modern production facility in the Netherlands. Virtually all production takes place in-house, which guarantees (delivery) reliability, customization options, and high product quality.
