Our client is a small-scale installation company specializing in climate technology such as air conditioning, particularly based on heat pumps and geothermal energy. Based on existing systems, they design the optimal installation for any location, whether for private homes or for businesses in and around their premises. The company designs and installs the systems, and a relatively large number of multi-year service contracts exist. The climate systems are connected to a platform and an app that provides both the customer and the service technicians with direct access to all relevant information. This concept is appealing and is implemented for various contractors in the Amsterdam region.
Company activities
Located on a business park strategically situated between Amsterdam and Almere, several people with specialized knowledge of geothermal energy and the climate systems to be applied are employed. The building, owned by the same owner, is spacious and has ample parking spaces surrounding it. If desired, the acquisition can take place with or without leasing the location. Purchasing the real estate is not a priority, but is open for discussion if the buyer wishes.
In addition to the owner, the staff consists of an office manager, an apprentice mechanic, a warehouse employee, an account manager, and a project leader. For the operational work, flexible staff experienced in the installations are utilized. Unique selling points
In 2022 and 2023, the company generated revenue of approximately €2.5 million. As a result, the staffing levels were adjusted to the current size in 2024 and early 2025. Currently, the company is once again achieving rising revenue, healthy margins, and a positive result. Demand currently exceeds available capacity. Consequently, the company has open vacancies.

The current owner has reached an age where he has started to look ahead to the future. There is no internal succession plan in place, which is why the company is being offered for sale. The owner himself will, of course, ensure a smooth handover. If there is a good fit and the buyer wishes, the owner is also available to contribute to the success of the business for a number of years and/or work at the buyer's project office.
