Company activities
The business activities consist of developing, producing, and distributing sales concepts and in-house developed consumer products (including gift items) on a national and international level. In addition, products are purchased on a limited scale to supplement the developed sales concepts. Due to a high degree of digitalization and available (sales) data at the customers, market demands are responded to quickly. Customers include various (international) chains, hardware stores, and e-retailers (including Amazon and BOL).
The operations are conducted from a centrally located office with storage facilities in the Randstad. The workforce comprises 12 employees in addition to the Managing Director.

In 2022, a revenue level of €4,200,000 was realized. The revenue level for 2023 will be higher. The normalized EBITDA margin amounts to approximately 12.5%, representing a normalization of the management fee.
The company offers various growth opportunities across product groups and customer groups (national and international). This requires a different type of entrepreneur or affiliation with a strategic player who can take the company to the next level. The current owner is willing to cooperate in a good and smooth transfer of the business to their successor.
