Canalfront, concept store (no food preparation) located on the most desirable street in the historic center of Delft, adjacent to the Markt, Nieuwe Kerk, Vermeer Center. Has a license to sell alcohol. Reason for sale: relocation We sell a variety of products:

Company activities
The store is currently run by the two owners. We recently hired a zero hour contract worker to help with the weekend sales as one of the owners returned to the US for work. The shop can be maintained by one person most days, with a few hours of help on weekends. The retail space is approximately 100 m2, with alcohol in the back of the store as needed. A new awning has been installed at the front of the store (without branding, so it can easily be used for any store name). Rent: The lease is €2500 excl. with a deposit of three months. The lease expires on December 31, 2025 with options.
Unique selling points
We took over the retail space in January 2021 and were able to open our doors during the lockdown as we sell alcohol (this is considered "essential"). This makes our store more resistant to the financial pressure of the lockdown. The current results have been achieved during the pandemic! There is still a lot of room for growth, but the results are already very nice.
