The Company is an internationally operating manufactured of infrared heaters used mainly in the agricultural (poultry), industrial and outdoor sector. The company has two production facilities in Europe and offers one of the largest variety of infrared heaters in its product assortment. The company sells its products in more than 100 countries and has a vast dealer network in more than 80 countries. The Company employs between 25 - 45 FTE. Besides the production activities the Company is also a trading company for poultry house systems.

The turnover is approximately €5M and a normalized EBITDA of €650K. The Company offers many growth opportunities and has a solid business plan to achieve this growth. The year 2021 is gearing up to be the most profitable year in the Company's history with an EBITDA of nearly €800K.
