Our concept continues to grow. Will you grow with us? The Rental Agent of the Netherlands has existed since 2009. Quality and reliability come first. Our franchisees build their rental and management portfolios so that revenue grows annually. As of June 1, 2015, a breath of fresh air has swept through the organization. Two franchisees, together with two investors, have taken over the franchise organization. The focus is on national marketing, even better quality of service, centralized management clients, and improved support for the franchisees. This allows our franchisees to concentrate on what they do best: renting out and managing homes.
Company activities
What we are looking for: Motivated entrepreneurs who strive for quality. Entrepreneurs who want to make a success of it and have an office of 3 FTEs within 2 years. Many of our franchisees are market leaders in their region. Impeccable conduct and a good reputation are essential; a background and experience in real estate are a plus. A Bachelor's degree level of work and thinking is necessary to guarantee quality.

What we offer new franchisees:

Financial additionals:
- Entrance fee dependent on region, from € 15,000;
- Franchise fee 10% of realized turnover with a minimum of € 500 per month;
- Marketing fee 2016: € 250 per month.
