The company sought is a mature technical trading or manufacturing company active within an industrial B2B niche market with international growth potential. The company has been operating successfully in its industry for several years and preferably possesses a stable and healthy cash flow. Preference is given to a company in the Southern Netherlands with a turnover between approximately €5 million and €15 million and an organizational size of at least 10 FTEs. The company supplies technical products or solutions to business customers and operates in a market where further growth, professionalization, and international expansion are possible.

We are looking for a hands-on investor for an SME eager to embark on a growth phase. The current owner of the target company is currently unable to achieve this, but is willing to achieve this together with an investor over the next 3 to 5 years. After those years, the investor is willing to fully acquire the company, together with management or possibly a management buy-in candidate. This also applies to companies that do not yet have a successor. Preference is given to manufacturing companies or wholesalers in the B2B market. Product knowledge must be present within the company. The investor is also willing to accept a minority stake.
The company is active in the high-end electromechanics and software market, must possess its own product and/or software, and its headquarters are located in the Netherlands. The company is in the start-up and/or scale-up phase, has generated its first revenue, and has growth potential. The acquisition of a majority stake in the company is the buyer's primary objective, but a minority stake is also a possibility.
