Company history/background
Seeking a growing company in the direct mailing sector. Preference is given to:
- A regional player with a fixed B2B client base;
- A strong position in print, handling, and mail processing;
- A company that has its own production capacity and long-term customer relationships;
- A company within a radius of 75 km of Utrecht.
Company activities
The entrepreneur (35) took over the company in 2022. Before that, he worked in various commercial positions as an employee. Although he has not been active as an entrepreneur for very long, he does come from an entrepreneurial family. The entrepreneur has a clear vision and knows what he wants. He is also willing to explore how to achieve further growth and professionalization of the organization through various forms of cooperation.
The company itself has existed since 2012. In the period since its founding, a loyal customer base has been built up, which has led to a profitable business with a high volume of recurring revenue. The clients are active in various sectors. Several government agencies can also be counted among the regular clientele.
The ambition for the coming years is to realize the full potential of the company and, to that end, to focus on a combination of autonomous growth and phased expansion through one or more acquisitions.
Unique selling points
The company focuses primarily on direct mailing activities. For the design and layout of direct mailing campaigns, collaboration with other parties, such as advertising agencies, marketing agencies, and/or graphic designers, is preferred. The focus here is always on the wishes and needs of the clients. The resources or technology required to achieve the clients' goals are secondary to this.
