Specializing in process management and projects within the banking/insurance sector, finance and control, and/or the IT sector. The company sought has extensive experience in consultancy, recruitment & selection, interim management, and secondment. The company's area of operation covers the entire Netherlands. The company has built up a leading position. Clients are diverse: banks, other financial institutions, and companies. The employees are primarily financial professionals, project/process managers, and/or IT professionals at HBO/WO level. Initially, companies with 25–35 employees are being considered. The owner wishes to ensure a careful transfer together with the acquiring party.

The company is also active in the fields of secondment, interim management, and consultancy. All staff (around 100) are employed by the company. In appropriate cases, specialized freelancers are hired for specific assignments.
