Company history/background
In the coming years, a growing number of industrial entrepreneurs is expected to plan on handing over their company to allow for a well-deserved retirement, while succession in the family is becoming less of an option. Our company is created to acquire great companies and grow them jointly with the owners. In doing so, we position ourselves deliberately between private equity investors and management buy-in. As a safe alternative, we balance between a financial exit for the owner, respect for the legacy and company he or she built and continuity for the remaining team. We only invest in healthy companies with growth potential and has no intention to sell the companies after a few years. Focus is on long-term value creation, also allowing the former owners to benefit.
Company activities
This industrial accelerator is built by two experienced high tech entrepreneurs. After co-founding and maturing 3D metalprinting OEM Additive Industries and integrated photonics sensing scale-up PhotonFirst, they now help solve the succession challenge for SME manufacturing companies.
Unique selling points
- We are deliberately balancing the acquisition fee, respect for the founder and his or her legacy and the care for the remaining team.
- We are creating a new industrial group and do not have any plans to sell the companies, we are entrepreneurs, not investors.
- Exiting Founders or Owners can partially participate in this new group to stay involved with their company they built without bearing any (end)responsibility.
