Group campsite for schools and children in the Central Netherlands

Company history/background

To expand a centrally located camping business, there is currently a desire to acquire a camping site or a location where it is possible to accommodate at least 250 children for camping.

This concerns a versatile company with an emphasis on youth facilities. The company has a rich history with multiple locations in the Central Netherlands and wishes to expand further in this area. The company has currently built up a large customer base in the Central Netherlands and wishes to expand this by starting up or acquiring a new location in this region.

Other

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 hectares of land, with a base of operations in a forest or similar area to conduct activities. If that possibility does not exist, a site of up to 13 hectares is also sufficient provided there is sufficient afforestation present or possible;

• Near a wooded area or nature reserve;
• Space for pitching tents in sheltered terrain (surrounded by trees so that camps do not have direct contact with each other) or the possibility to do so;
• Buildings with (or the possibility of placing buildings with);
• Sanitary facilities
• Commercial kitchen
• Recreation room and reception
• Ability to accommodate at least 250 children;
• Location in the central Netherlands (60km radius around Utrecht);
• A combination with a family campsite or recreational homes owned by third parties is undesirable;
• Preferably at least 30 parking spaces on private property.
