Financieel gezonde onderneming kweekt rode en groene paprika`s (ruim 3,5 miljoen kilo per teeltperiode) en zoekt financiering voor verdere groei. Productie geschiedt maatschappelijk verantwoord en zo maximaal als teelttechnisch mogelijk is, ook biologisch. Producten zijn voor 97% klasse 1 kwaliteit. Alle gewenste maten tussen 60 mm en 90 mm en gewichten tussen 120gr en 250gr worden in elke gewenste verpakking geleverd, in continue overleg met afnemers. Onderneming wil verdere groei realiseren door optimale benutting van de productie unit en door groei in oppervlakte. Daarbij gaat het feitelijk om een buy & build strategie. De gezochte financiering van enkele miljoenen wordt aangewend als buy & build kapitaal. Verwachtte omzet (zonder buy & build) in komende jaren minimaal tussen 4,5 mln euro en 4,8 mln euro met een totale kostprijs van 4,2 mln euro voor belasting, inclusief directie en overhead. Onderneming geeft er de voorkeur aan om in overleg met de investeerder/MBI-er de dealstructuur te bepalen.
