Onze opdrachtgevers hebben zich ingespannen om in de Dominicaanse Republiek op lokaal niveau een netwerk op te bouwen en contacten aan te gaan met de juiste partijen. Vanuit de bekendheid die onze opdrachtgevers in de voorbije periode hebben opgebouwd, is contact gelegd met een non-profit instelling die de belangen behartigt van de doelgroep in de Dominicaanse Republiek. Onder de doelgroep is namelijk een groot tekort aan woningen, naar schatting bedraagt dit tekort rond de 35.000 woningen. Due to our clients gained reputation they have also made contact with a nonprofit institution that represents the interests of the target group in the Dominican Republic. Among the target group there is a great housing shortage. This shortage is estimated to be around 35,000 homes. Opdrachtgevers hebben met de non-profit instelling een intentieovereenkomst getekend voor de bouw van, in eerste instantie, 328 appartementen in de hoofdstad van de provincie Espaillat, op ongeveer 18 kilometer afstand van de 2e grootste stad van de Dominicaanse Republiek: Santiago De Los Caballeros. Opdrachtgevers ontwikkelen en realiseren de appartementen tegen een vooraf overeengekomen prijs voor de non-profit instelling die op haar beurt de 328 appartementen verkoopt aan de doelgroep die hiervoor reeds allen een hypotheek hebben gekregen. De gevraagde investering bedraagt derhalve, afgerond, 2.500.000. Our clients have signed a letter of intent with the non-profit institution to initially build 328 apartments in the capital of the province of Espaillat. This is approximately 18 kilometers from the 2nd largest city in the Dominican Republic: Santiago De Los Caballeros. Our clients will construct and develop the apartments at a fixed price for the non-profit institution which in turn will sells the 328 apartments to locals who have already been approved for a mortgage.
