Er zijn een groot aantal winkelbedrijven (zoals HEMA, Bart Smit, Blokker, Etos, Action etc. ) gevestigd rond onze winkels. Bij de overname is de goodwill, inventaris, huurcontract, voorraad en personeel inbegrepen. Er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid aanwezig bij alle twee de winkels. Er zijn 2 fulltime medewerkers en 1 oproepkracht in dienst. Bij de overname wordt de nieuwe eigenaar, indien gewenst, ingewerkt. Het rendement is hoog met gerenommeerde merken, zoals Björn Borg, Converse, O Lilly, Oozoo horloges, Le Co sportief, Viva Maria in het assortiment De winkels zijn interessant voor grotere maar ook voor kleinere ondernemers. De naam is al gevestigd, zodat geen reclame voor naamsbekendheid meer nodig is. Winkels zijn apart of in één geheel te koop. Graag kom ik in contact met serieuze gegadigden.Na het tekenen van de geheimhoudingsverklaring wordt er inzage gegeven in de boekhouding. Zonder enige eigen middelen om de overname te kunnen financieren heeft het geen zin om te reageren.
