Our activity started in 2007, and the company has gradually grown into an established name with stable revenue.
The acquisition concerns:
- the existing stock,
- trade names,
- the inventory, such as sprinkler systems, tunnel greenhouses, etc.
Company activities
We specialize in the sale of hydrangeas, offering an assortment of more than 160 varieties. In addition to on-site sales and occasional delivery of orders, our work consists of maintaining and repotting these perennial plants.
National recognition is gained through website promotion, Instagram, and Facebook.
Unique selling points
It is a more or less unique activity on a national level. Turnover remains fairly stable at approximately €160,000 per year.
Naturally, there are opportunities to expand into other types of activities. We generate an annual entrepreneurial income above the median.
Other
The company is ideally suited for a collaboration between, for example, partners, siblings, or a parent and child. The reason for offering the business is that the current owner has the opportunity to start a different activity in the future. Until that time, support can be provided to a new owner for at least one year.
Without the possibility of making a substantial down payment (€80,000), there is no point in referring.
