This concerns an accountancy firm with a long track record, established in Drenthe. The current owner has reached an age where he/she wishes to sell the firm. The selling owner prefers an asset/liability transaction.
Company activities
The client portfolio is diverse and spans various sectors, ranging from retail to healthcare, construction, administration, financial holdings, and natural persons. The size and structure of clients are generally straightforward. The services consist of managing financial administration & controlling, preparing annual accounts, issuing auditor's reports, and tax return preparation. In addition to the entrepreneurs, one full-time equivalent (FTE) is employed. The activities are carried out in rented premises.

The return is healthy. Given that part of the activities is outsourced, there is room for autonomous growth within the portfolio.
