The business activities consist of providing basic mental health care for youth and specialized youth care.
The activities are carried out from various locations in the region (Randstad and Central Netherlands/North Brabant). These locations are situated at or in the immediate vicinity of referral partners. The locations are primarily leased (with short notice periods). The workforce includes various qualified employees and several administrative support staff; in total, there are 14 employees (10.73 FTE) in addition to the entrepreneur (0.67-0.9 FTE).

In 2025, a revenue level of over €1,150,000 will have been achieved.
Due to a lack of internal succession, the entrepreneur is seeking a suitable acquisition candidate who can also take business operations to the next level.
The current owner is willing to cooperate in a proper and smooth transfer of the business to their successor. The company offers excellent prospects and synergy benefits for a strategic party. This concerns an asset transaction.
