Company history/background
The company's activities were in fact started in 1981, albeit under a different name. During this period, the company has grown into a full-service communications agency with a good and established reputation in the region and beyond.
The activities are carried out from a representative (rented) business premises with excellent access to two highways.
Company activities
The company's current activities have focused on providing services including design and content, creative design, printing, turnkey provision of (stand construction for) trade fairs and events (including international), web design, online marketing, and (audiovisual) presentations.
The company's revenue is primarily generated from clients (in the electronics, healthcare, IT, and telecom sectors), for whom recurring assignments are carried out to a greater or lesser extent, in various European countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France.
Unique selling points
In addition to the Managing Director, the company employs a number of permanent staff members whose duties include project management, DTP work, and maintaining contact with clients. Furthermore, there is close collaboration with an established network of business partners. In this way, a high level of quality and service can be guaranteed to the company's clients.
The company is essentially the total partner for all communicative expressions and is a marketing, advertising, and communications agency that handles the entire process; both online and offline, and from design to realization.
Production has already been set up with energy efficiency and the use of recyclable materials, such as eco-friendly inks and sustainable films, in mind.

In view of the age of the Managing Director and the fact that no succession is available internally (neither within the family nor among the employees), combined with the aim to safeguard the continuity of the company, it has been decided to offer the company in its entirety (100%) for (gradual) sale.
