Company history/background
This international trading company has developed over the past decades into an established, reliable player with an excellent reputation in its market.
The core activities consist of the procurement and supply of products and materials for the oil and gas industry, petrochemicals, power plants, water sector, and other heavy industrial applications. We supply both end users and (EPC) contractors. Sales are conducted worldwide, with a clear focus on the Middle East and Africa. In addition to trading and sales activities, order processing and logistics coordination are important parts of our daily operations.
Company activities
In addition to the entrepreneur, the organization consists of six office employees in the Netherlands. The business location is centrally located in the Randstad and is leased.
In 2024, revenues of over €3.8 million will be achieved, with an EBITDA margin of approximately 6%. In 2025, revenues will be over €5.8 million.
Due to the lack of internal successors, the entrepreneur is seeking a suitable partner to continue and grow the business. The current owner is willing, if desired, to cooperate in a careful and smooth transfer. A strategic buyer within the retail sector is preferred. The proposed structure involves a share transaction. A structural partnership and/or merger are also possible.
