Company
The consultancy firm, which is based in West Brabant, has no successor, and the owner feels it is time to retire after 10 years. He is a tax advisor (FB) who also handles the full administration of companies for clients. He previously worked as a tax specialist for 30 years, 15 of which were at one of the Big 4 firms in this region.
Structure
The owner is, through a Holding company, the 100% owner of the operating company whose shares are being sold. After the sale, he is willing to continue working for two days a week for a smooth handover, to ensure a proper transfer.
Location & accommodation
Work is done from a home office, and the company is therefore easily movable.

Services
The company provides the following services:
- Annual accounts (40 documents, approx. € 100,000)
- Tax returns: VAT, Income Tax (45), Corporate Income Tax (15), Inheritance and dividend tax (€ 25,000)
- Tax advice (approx. € 50,000)
Customer base
There are more than 50 clients with signed order confirmations. Distributed across various sectors including; medical, healthcare, ICT, consultancy, logistics, real estate, childcare, E-commerce, etc. But also Consultancy, Management and Investment BVs and wealthy private individuals.
Unique selling points
The owner currently works approximately 2.5 days per week, wishes to transfer the business flexibly, and is available for this purpose for a maximum of 2 years.

Staff
The company works with several freelancers to carry out the administration. He engages them when needed and has standing agreements with them. These tasks can also be performed by others.
