The company consists of approx. € 60,000 in inventory (rental and sales equipment), of which the sales portion has a sales value of approx. € 85,000.
An extensive and loyal rental customer base, with regular customers who have been hiring us annually for up to 19 years.
A sales customer base, including holiday parks that purchase service and/or new products annually (e.g. Roompot and Landal)
The brand name, website, hundreds of professional photos and videos, and 19 years of knowledge and experience. All documentation and working methods.
Due to emigration, we have decided to sell the company.
Company activities
We rent out (water) activities for events – from small to very large – in the Netherlands and Belgium, and sell to renowned clients such as holiday parks and recreation chains. In addition, we regularly supply TV productions and children's programs. Chances are you have already seen the water ball and other products of ours.
What does the job entail?
The season runs from King's Day through the autumn break. Bookings primarily take place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Occasionally, there is a business event on a weekday afternoon or evening (this can be expanded).
Over the past year, we worked with: 1 full-time employee and 3 part-timers (Saturday or Sunday only).
Inspecting, maintaining, and servicing products (primarily in winter). Packing and shipping materials to customers (including holiday parks).
Obligations:
No rental contracts, subscriptions, or obligations.
No permanent staff. Takeover of company car negotiable (not included).

The ideal buyer is someone already active in the recreation or events industry, or who has experience renting out equipment. We are also looking for someone who works part-time, wants to start a business, and enjoys working both in the office and on the hands-on.

Experience is a plus, but motivation and entrepreneurial spirit are decisive.

Onboarding, shadowing during bookings, explanation of planning, equipment, sales, and customer guidance so that the product becomes a success with you as well.
We are happy to help think about the financing; partial seller financing is negotiable, based on a minimal equity contribution.
