The retreat envisioned by the Dutch initiators offers space for visitors from within and outside the EU to take time to optimize their quality of life in a pleasant, fully carefree environment. Proven treatments and natural remedies provide support for:
- relax body and mind,
- developing a healthy lifestyle,
- recovery from a major (medical) event,
- preventive self-care (preferably preventing burnout rather than treating it).

Location
The retreat is held in rural Portugal. Private, but not isolated. Easily accessible and within acceptable driving distances of Portuguese airports.
The location is characterized by:
- overwhelming nature,
- no noise or light nuisance,
- clean air,
- own (medicinal) water sources,
- and a history in health and recovery dating back to 1927

Facilities
The location and facilities are being designed to be open year-round, providing accommodation for approximately 60 guests.
Sustainability, fair trade, and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are the guiding principles of the operation.
Other
Co-owners / co-investors wanted
Parties are sought who wish to become co-owners of the real estate that is subsequently leased to the operating entity.
Participation in the real estate entity is possible from 300,000 euros. The total capital requirement amounts to 3 million euros.
The intended return for investors derives from:
- rental income
- return on the operating entity
