After more than 25 years of active involvement in the development of their company, both owner-managers wish to eventually step back. North Brabant. The company is located in a prestigious office building with an inspiring work environment. The building is owned by the shareholders and is offered for rent. Acquiring the office building (preferably in the future) is certainly a possibility.
Financial data:
The revenue forecast for 2025 is €1,000,000 - €1,250,000. The normalized EBITDA for 2025 will amount to 10% of revenue. Revenue and EBITDA will move at a similar level in the years thereafter, showing a slight increase.

The firm is also of interest to contractors and project developers who wish to add architecture and design to their activities. There is a loyal client base with regular, dedicated clients.
