In view of further growth opportunities, combined with their own age and the lack of internal succession, the current owners are of the opinion that the continuity of services and personnel can best be ensured by a party that possesses the right strategic vision and can take charge of management.
Company activities
The company has been in existence for 20 years and is a full-service provider in the (niche) market of data centers.
The company supplies specific products, installs UPS systems, batteries, and everything associated with them. Based on its own vision, it unburdens (end) customers and contractors by performing all installation and cleaning work, as well as monitoring the proper functioning of batteries and replacing them if necessary. The company and its employees possess all the necessary certificates required by laws and regulations. Partly due to this, as well as its distinctive, solution-oriented approach to business, the company is in high demand and a well-known player in the market. The majority of installation work is carried out under subcontracting via contracting firms. This is often done at the express request of the end customer(s), who own data centers or make use of the facilities located within them. Examples include well-known and lesser-known tech companies, financial and business institutions, as well as implementing agencies of government institutions.
Unique selling points
Revenue for 2024 is budgeted at approximately €5,800,000, with an EBITDA of €1,145,000, or 20%. Accelerated growth is possible with the current base and customer demand, provided that operational capacity can be found domestically and internationally.
The company is based in the Western Netherlands. Projects are managed and the necessary products, installations, and materials are distributed from its own branch. The primary area of operation covers all of Europe, including the Netherlands and several other countries. The business premises are fully equipped for the activities and are owned by the entrepreneurs. The property can be leased by the new owner for a short or long period at market-based conditions.
Other
In addition to the two owners, the company has 14 employees on the payroll, 9 of whom are technicians. An additional 11 technicians are available through a business partner. For inventory management, transport, and specific assembly jobs, use is made of an extensive and permanent group of temporary workers (average 4) and self-employed professionals (7). These people specialize in data centers. This makes the company flexible enough and allows it to save on staffing during any downturn.
