For the past 12 years, we have successfully operated a well-established paint and wallpaper store on the Costa Blanca. One of the key advantages of this region is its international community – we speak multiple languages daily, including Dutch, English, German, and of course Spanish. Customers greatly appreciate being able to ask their questions in their own language, especially when it comes to finding the right products.
The store features a large wallpaper section on the first floor and offers a wide range of paints, wallpapers, and related materials. We are selling the business fully equipped, including all inventory, a paint mixing machine, shaker, computers, printers, etc. The store is fully stocked and ready for takeover. The business will be transferred on paper with everything included.

The store is located in a prime location with its own large private parking. The building is leased at a low rental rate, and the lease will continue under the company name. We originally started from scratch with an empty warehouse — no water, electricity, or infrastructure — so a lot of investment has gone into making this a thriving business.

The main activity is the sale of paint, wallpaper, and related supplies. In addition, we are an official parcel point for GLS and InPost, which brings in additional foot traffic.
We also receive many requests for painting and wallpaper installation services, either by phone, through our website, Facebook page, or in person. These jobs generate extra revenue for our painting and renovation company.
