Dutch-Greek entrepreneurs run a beach club/restaurant on the largest beach on one of the Greek islands. To expand operations at this location, they have received permission, with a European subsidy, to permanently install 20 luxury safaris.

Luxury safari tents
The 20 luxury safari tents (with wooden floors) will be furnished as suites. The surrounding nature at the location will be left intact. The tents will be situated a short walking distance from the beach.
Unique selling points
Guarantees
The securities to be provided include, among others, the plot of land and the tents themselves. There is a bank commitment for 60% of the required capital, whereby the bank does not claim the aforementioned securities.

Investor wanted
The capital requirement amounts to 160,000 euros. Various forms of financing, including profit sharing, are open for discussion.
