The company is an assembly company. The business premises are located in the eastern Netherlands, but the company is not location-bound. The service area covers the entire Netherlands.

The company focuses primarily on carrying out window frame installation work in new construction and renovation.

In addition to its own skilled workers, the company has an extensive network of external professionals. At the end of 2022, approximately 40 FTEs were employed by the company, including the flexible workforce.
Good relationships have been built with customers (B2B). Recurring revenue is high. The company has a good reputation in the market because quality is delivered and agreements are honored.

The equipment is up to date; there are no investment backlogs. In the period 2020 – 2022, revenue between EUR 3.50 million and EUR 5.00 million was realized with a normalized EBITDA of between EUR 0.50 million and 0.65 million. It is expected that results will decline slightly in the coming years given market conditions.
100% of the shares are being offered for acquisition. The current Managing Director is open to an extended handover period with the aim of a smooth business transfer.
