De onderneming (vennootschap) heeft als staalconstructiebedrijf een sterke marktpositie in de B2B markt. De klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk in Friesland en Groningen maar ook in de rest van Nederland worden projecten uitgevoerd.

De onderneming tekent, produceert en monteert constructiewerken ten behoeve van woningen en bedrijfspanden. Het bedrijf richt zich met name op kleine en middelgrote maatwerk projecten.  

 

Company activities

Het bedrijf is al tientallen jaren actief en staat bekend als een professionele, betrouwbare en servicegerichte partner met een hoge klanttevredenheid.  

Binnen de onderneming zijn 7 goed opgeleide en vakbekwame medewerkers in dienst, de huidige eigenaar is ook werkzaam in het bedrijf. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een modern en functioneel bedrijfspand in eigendom. Het pand kan worden gehuurd of worden aangekocht.    

Het omzetniveau (prognose 2023) is € 1.350.000 en is stabiel, met een EBITDA van ca.12%. De orderportefeuille voor 2023 is goed gevuld. Vanwege de structuur van de onderneming is er verdere groeipotentie. Aangezien de huidige eigenaar op leeftijd is en het besluit heeft genomen om invulling te gaan geven aan de bedrijfsopvolging is hier nog geen invulling aan gegeven.  

Ter overname wordt de volledige onderneming aangeboden vanuit een (100 %) aandelentransactie. De huidige eigenaar zal ruim de tijd nemen om de onderneming op een goede manier over te dragen.
