Company history/background

Betreft: de verkoop van 100% van de aandelen van een besloten vennootschap.

Reden verkoop: de huidige eigenaar is, na de afgelopen bijna 25 jaar intensief bezig te zijn geweest met de positionering van het bedrijf, toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging en wil zich gaan richten op andere niet-concurrerende activiteiten.

Er is geen opvolging voorhanden, zowel niet binnen de familie (kinderen) als binnen het bedrijf (geschikte werknemers). Daarom wordt gezocht naar een geschikte overnamekandidaat die de onderneming kan voortzetten en uitbreiden.

 

Company activities

Profiel onderneming: de onderneming, NBBU-lid, is actief als uitzendbureau en focust zich op het uitzenden van zowel Nederlandse als buitenlandse werknemers in de omliggende regio (voor een deel van de buitenlandse werknemers organiseert het bedrijf de huisvesting). Uitzendkrachten worden hoofdzakelijk ingezet in de technische maakindustrie.

Het bedrijf heeft een goede reputatie en een loyale klantenportefeuille opgebouwd. Nieuwe klanten en flexwerkers komen via mond-tot-mond reclame binnen.

Werknemers: de onderneming heeft 2 - 5 kantoormedewerkers in dienst. De DGA is fulltime actief binnen de onderneming, voornamelijk op gebied van aansturing van het team en ondersteuning bij sales (na binnenhalen van de klant nemen de recruiters het klantcontact over).

Locatie: de onderneming is gevestigd in het zuiden van Nederland, in een kantoorpand (huur) op een strategische locatie.
