Voor onze relatie, een administratie- en fiscaaladvieskantoor, zijn wij op zoek naar een branchegenoot om de werkzaamheden en klantenportefeuille over te nemen. Het bedrijf wordt gekenmerkt door een no nonsens-cultuur en afspraak is afspraak-mentaliteit.

De onderneming heeft een omzet van circa € 700.000 exclusief btw op jaarbasis en heeft een goede spreiding over de diverse opdrachtgevers.  

Company activities

Er wordt gewerkt met onder meer Exact Multivers Accounting Online, Basecone, Easylon-Elsa, Exact Rapportage en Fiscaal Gemak. De eigenaar wil vanwege gebrek aan interne opvolging de bedrijfsactiviteiten overdragen. Binnen het bedrijf zijn enkele medewerkers actief. De bedrijfslocatie wordt gehuurd en kan in relatief korte termijn worden opgezegd.

De voorkeur gaat uit naar een directe overdracht, waarbij de ondernemer nog een nader overeen te komen periode aan het kantoor/koper verbonden zal blijven. Een earn-out constructie of uitgestelde betaling van de overnamesom zijn niet wenselijk. Het betreft een activatransactie.
