The company in question is seeking growth capital for its growing order portfolio in paints and coatings. It produces under its own and private label primarily for Dutch companies and, to a lesser extent, companies in Northern and Southern Europe.

Company activities

Focus on water-based paints and industrial lacquers;

The company has undergone a transition in many respects, including a shift from solvent-based products to water-based/bio-based products for paints and coatings, using no or at least as few solvents as possible. The supplied products are regarded by customers as high quality and comparable to well-known A brands for paints and coatings.

Unique selling points

Own brand for the process industry;

In addition to the successful transition to water-based/bio-based products and the current focus on coatings for the industrial market (applicable to all substrates), the company has developed new product systems in-house, which are expected to be delivered to the industrial market (process industry) in the short term.

Other

Working capital;

We are seeking a co-investor willing to invest 250,000 euros in working capital. An investor with B2B experience is preferred. The financing model—order financing, (convertible) loan, and/or equity participation—is open for discussion.

The sought capital will be used as working capital, primarily for the purchase of raw materials and supplies for the growing order book.
