People can search for garages and parking spaces in their area. Then, they can choose between different views, such as a map view, and set any filters to improve the search. The technical infrastructure and operation is therefore state of the art and comparable with benchmark marketplaces such as Airbnb. Tenants can compare selected garages and do the whole booking procedure online, if the owner of the garage supports this. The innovative service of the digital marketplace.

Problem Extreme lack of garages and parking spaces in (large) cities. Searching for garages or tenants is very time-consuming and not well organized. Centralized, nationwide overview of available parking spaces not available to compare price / location. Old-fashioned / analog procedures: There is a "mess of paper". No automated processing and, therefore, manual checking of incoming payments necessary.
