The company is mature, financially sound, and stable. In 2017 and 2018, it achieved a turnover of €783,000 and €740,000 respectively, with an EBITDA of €120,000. For 2019, a turnover of €875,000 was achieved, with an EBITDA of €129,000. In 2020, the results remain consistently good, despite the coronavirus crisis.
Reason for sale
The company has slightly growing turnover and is stable and profitable. The current partners have no successor and wish to settle abroad in the future. They are seeking a suitable party to further grow the company, which was started in 1994. The sellers are willing to transfer operations via a smooth handover. It is possible to acquire only the landscaping activities of the company; acquisition of the plot with the buildings is possible but not necessary.
