De voorkeur gaat uit naar een besloten vennootschap met geen of beperkt personeel. Geografisch is er geen voorkeur, omdat er landelijk wordt gewerkt. Indien de vertrekkend DGA direct afscheid wil nemen is dit bespreekbaar.
